FreeMoneyIQ is a free finance calculator hub. When you use our calculators, every calculation happens entirely inside your browser — nothing you type into our tools is ever sent to us or any third party. We don't know your income, your debt balance, your mortgage amount, or any other number you enter. We never will.
We display Google ads to keep the site free, and we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Both of those involve Google's own data practices, which we explain below. But your calculator inputs? Those stay entirely yours.
To be explicit about what we don't do:
FreeMoneyIQ displays advertising through Google AdSense. This is how we keep the site free. Google may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history across the web — this is standard for most websites you visit. FreeMoneyIQ does not control which ads are shown or share your calculator data with Google to serve ads.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use FreeMoneyIQ at an aggregate level. This means we can see things like: how many people visited today, which pages are most popular, how long visitors spend on the site, and what types of devices they use. This data is anonymized and aggregated — we cannot identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics collects your approximate geographic location (city/region level), your device type and browser, and pages visited. It does not collect your name, email address, or any personal financial information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
FreeMoneyIQ itself does not set any first-party cookies. We do not use cookies to track you, personalize your experience, or remember your calculator inputs between visits.
Third-party cookies may be set by Google AdSense (for ad delivery and frequency management) and Google Analytics (for visit tracking). You can manage or block these cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies under Settings → Privacy → Cookies.
Note that blocking all cookies may affect how some websites function, though it will not affect FreeMoneyIQ's core calculator functionality — since we don't use cookies ourselves, our calculators work the same with cookies enabled or disabled.
Some articles in the FreeMoneyIQ blog may contain affiliate links. An affiliate link means that if you click the link and then make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may receive a small commission — at no additional cost to you.
We only include affiliate links for products and services we genuinely believe are useful. Affiliate relationships do not influence the content of our calculators or our editorial recommendations. When affiliate links are present in an article, we disclose this clearly.
